What data is processed

This site has no backend form that stores data: contact buttons use your email client (mailto:) or take you to Calendly to book a session. We don't collect or store that data on any server of our own.

Cookies and local storage

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies, ours or third-party.

It does use your browser's local storage (localStorage) for two preferences strictly necessary for it to work: remembering whether you prefer light or dark mode, and remembering that you've already seen this notice. Neither identifies who you are, and neither ever leaves your browser.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how many visits the site gets and which pages are read most. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't build an individual profile of each visitor, and doesn't share data for advertising purposes.

The site is also verified with Google Search Console, which doesn't run any script on the pages — it only confirms domain ownership so the site appears correctly in search results.

Links to third-party services

Some links take you outside this site: Calendly (to book a session), LinkedIn and Credly (to view credentials). Once you leave harvinzuniga.com, each of those services' own privacy policy applies, not this one.

Fonts

The site's fonts (Inter and Sora) are hosted on this same server rather than loaded from Google Fonts or any other external service — so your IP address is never sent to a third party just to render the page's text.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or object to any data you may have shared with us directly (for example, by email), by writing to contact@harvinzuniga.com.

Changes to this policy

If the site starts using new tools that do involve cookies or additional data processing (for example, its own form or advertising), this page will be updated to reflect that before they're turned on.
